A new political party - Un nouveau parti politique

I'm so fed up with politics. They all clame change but rarely do, and when they make change its for the worst.

So I had an idea, what if I started a new political party. Something that really will make real changes.

Here it is:

The science party or Forward party

Im not sure yet, but that just a name, what really count? Well its promises.
Actually one of the first thing is, this party ain't gonna make any promisses since I can't assume i'll be able to fullfil them.

So here it is my plans if you will:
My global plan is to take a scientific approach to solving our social and political problems.
What it means is that I will try to use scientific method of analysing our problems one at a time, proposing an hypothesis on what the problem really is, make and experiment to see if the hypothesis was correct and then ask someone else to run the experiment en see if my result were correct, finaly put in place a solution to this.

Some of my way of thinking:
1. We live in a free market and what creates jobs is idea. So to foster job creation I will promote creativism by cutting in the copyright laws, the patents and such. Not in a wide maner but field by field. I will also try to destroy those who use these laws in bad ways.

If you apply for a patent you have max 3 years to come up with an application if you dont you get to pay a fee and your idea become public domain. Create something useful or you dont get anything.

Cultural copyrights stays but have those limitation 20 years or the creators death. No you can't have a free ride. Everyone must contribute, you can't just live on your grandfather or father's success. Yes Miss Presley, your fathers work is public domain so you can't sit on your ass and just accumulate wealth, you'll have to work for it now.

Technological copyrights are to be examined more closely field by field but some things so far are: No software patents... in computer software re-use is the greatest thing.

These would foster innovation and creativity, not lazyness and trickery.

Those are ideas i think would be worth trying.

Je suis vraiment desabuse de la politique. Ils clamment tous le changement, mais le font si rarement et quand ils le font ce n'est pas pour le mieux.

Donc j'ai eu une idee, et si je fondais un nouveau parti politique. Quelquechose qui va vraiment pousser pour du changement.

Je ne suis pas certain encore, ce n'est qu'un nom, qu'est ce qui compte vraiment? He bien les promesses. Mais franchement une des premieres chose est que ce parti ne fera pas de promesses puisque je ne peux savoir maintenant si je vais pouvoir les suivres plus tard.

Donc voici mon plan:
La chose principale est que je voudrait adopter la methode scientifique pour regler nos probleme politiques et sociaux. Ce que ca signifie? Je vais analyser le probleme, poser une hypothese, creer une experience qui va me permettre de determine si l'hypothese etait bonne puis demande a d'autre de faire l'experience pour valider mes conclusions et finalement poser des actions concretes pour regler le probleme.

La maniere dont je pense:
Nous vivons dans un marche libre et ce qui creer du travail se sont les idees je vais donc promouvoir la creativite en coupant dans les lois de copyrights, de brevets et autres du genre. Pas dans une maniere large mais domaine par domaine. Je veux aussi detruire ceux qui profite de ces lois de maniere perverse.

Si vous appliquer pour un brevet vous avez maximum 3 ans pour arriver avec une application concrete ou un produit sinon vous aller devoir payer des frais et vos idees seront dorenavant du domaine publique. Creer quelquechose d'utile ou vous n'aurez rien.

Les copyrights du domaine culturel resteronts mais seront limite a 20 ans ou la mort du createur. Non vous ne pouvez pas avoir un tour gratuit. Tout le monde doit contribuer, vous ne pourrez pas simplement vivre sur le succes de votre pere ou de votre grandpere. Oui mademoiselle Presley, les chansons de votre pere sont du domaine publique, vous ne pouvez plus rester assit sur votre derrier et juste accumule de la richesse, vous aurez besoin de travailler a partir de maintenant.

Les copyrights technologique eux seront examiner plus precisement mais certaines de mes idee a date sont: Pas de brevet logiciel... dans l'informatique la recuperation est primordiale, pourquoi re-invente la roue quand vous pourriez l'ameliore a la place.

Voila ce qui encouragerais l'inovation et la creativite, pas la paresse et mesquinerie.

Je crois que ces idee valent la peine d'etre essayer.
